Maciej Bielecki is a qualified legal advisor, partner in Kancelaria Radcowska Bieleccy.
He graduated from the Warsaw University, Law Department and took a number of courses in Westminster College in London and Christian Academy For European Dialogue (CAFED). For several years he was co-operating with international law firms. He is the author of many scientific publications within the area of real estate, ppp, construction works concessions and commercial law. He is the co-author of the translation Polish Construction Law, and many legal books, incl. Contracts between companies and management board members (2005), Key decisions and contracts in the construction investment process (2007), Selected aspects of the construction investment process (2009), consultant of the Ministry of Infrastructure, in 2007-2008 he was chief legal advisor to the National Council of the Chamber of Architects, the expert and lecturer of commercial law and construction investment process.
