  • advising on various scenarios of management staff employment, including social security and tax aspects
  • advising on the transfer of business (or its part) issues
  • drafting employment and management contracts, non-competition contracts and other employment documents
  • drafting internal employment regulations (including workplace and remuneration regulations)
  • advising private employment agencies
